THE DANCE. (Posting Mandatory)

[Æsir System]

Intricately, the school is holding a dance. No silly, not homecoming. No other competing schools. No silly, not prom or Jr. Prom.

Oddly enough, it is a welcome back dance. Yippee. In the Gymnasium of the school, it is plain to see there are beverages off to the side attended by a few of the staff. But the biggest surprise is, there is a D.J. As an intro, there are smooth simple beats coming from the DJ's speakers, still enough to make the beverages on the table in the back vibrate. There are seats and tables near the beverages, and a podium.

As more and more of the students file in, the beats begin to pick up and a small amount of background music fills the air. There is a sound zone closer up to the stage for the more 'Party Hard' students.

(Sound zones, for the less inclined of Raves or Highschool DJing, the speakers are generally loud in a specific area before a certain distance. Once the limit for the distance is reached, it generally gets quieter.)

[Trinity]

Trinity slips through the doorway.....after a "routine" search from what seemed to be the entire staff of the school, an event she assumed to be triggered by sonada who would inevitably realize what she had put in the coolaid the other night. Ruffling the collar of her smoke grey tuxedo, deciding it finally time to announce to the world her hidden secret......sorta......

Looking around she searched the room for her "date" daisuke, who was supposed to adorn the garb opposite hers, making her feel a little more comfortable in the situation. "damn where is he...."

[Sanada Tou]

Casually walking into the room dressed in his a all white tux with a red sash drapping around his side he pulled his slim shades from his face replacing them with his custom glasses,He took in his surroundings noticing all the faceless children pouring into the room he smiled to himself. There were so many kids he had'nt known the names of them all but he shook the hands of the little ones flowing in greeting them casually.

He had noticed Trinity sliding past the other kids to one of the corners notcing her clothing he chuckled to himself,"I'll make sure to keep a close eye on her" he said to himself.

[Daisuke]

Slipping through the door with a strange but alluring female grace, Daisuke grinned wildly in Tou's direction with his hand propped on his hip. Instead of him wearing the usual attire for men attending formal dances, 'Little Sake' stepped up wearing one of Rumi's hot pink heart-stoppers with a slit running up to the top of his hip; his hair pulled back into small tight pigtails. "Hey, there lover boy." Daisuke's voice sing-song, trying as hard as he can not to bust out laughing.

[Trinity]

Fuck.......How the hell did he pull that off..... She dropped her head, resting her forehead in the palm of her hand as she pondered exactly how he was so comfortable dressing in his heterosexual girl friend's outfit when she had been saving this for a chance to release this truth and yet.....

She passed though the flood of people, weaving in and out of bodies until he was beside her comrade, adressing him simple.

"Wow."

[Sanada Tou]

Stopping in motion saking the kids hands as little sake walked through the room "Wha...What did you do..." His eyes dropped and lifted back up to his little ones face..."You have done something unspeakable...I like it" He said with a devious smile pulling a tiny portable camera from his coat pocket. Pushing his glasses up to his eyes e quickly started running around little sake snapping pictures before stopping abruptly putting the camera back in his pocket.

Continuing to shake the hands of the kids walking in as nothing had happened before turning as if he hadnt finished doing what he had set out to do,He walked back up to little sake pulling him close to his body raising his little ones leg up to his side moving his other hand to the youths face "Promis me the last dance will you my dear?" as he rubbed his hands up the youths leg "You get me going you know" he said with a kidding smile as he whispered into the youths ear. Letting the youth take in what was happening he genly kissed his cheek holding him in place.

[Azrael]

Well, I'm dressed nicely. I might actually attract a girl. Since Daisuke is in a senior year, he might just be a bit civil.

I think to myself as I round the corner, and I see a girl in pig-tails and hip slit dress talking to Sanada. As I get closer, I see Sanada whip the girl around and I think to myself, who is that?

Fuck.

I get closer and my eyelids droop for a moment, in the opposite of surprise looking upon the two males holding each other in embrace. I am appalled and baffled. Out loud and with my stunned brain, I speak as clean and nicely as possible.

"You fucking morons, get the fuck out of here and get into your fucking dorm rooms if you intend to be gay. You fuck heads should have stayed in your mother fucking closets and not fucking scar every fucking living person..." I stop and think for a moment and realize, That was put nicer then normal. Maybe something is wrong? Then I realize, Ohh yea.

This is toned down compared to what Rumi's reaction will be, last time I checked, the gorgeous woman was behind me. I stop and wait for the Amazon to make her wild appearance.

[Rumi]

Entering the room, dressed in a simple white frilled sundress with her hair neatly put up in a chinese bun, Rumi hugged Az's arm. "Its nice to see you dressed up once in a while, Az." She smiled as she placed a friendly kiss on her friend's cheek. "Hopefully Daisuke won't make a fool of himself... again." Her eyes scanned over the room, looking closely to see if her boyfriend was here already. Taking notice of the woman with Sanada, Rumi raised an eyebrow. "...Wait a minute... I thought Bridget was with Sanada-san... and is that one of my dresses?" As she walked over to talk to Sanada, her eyes widened in surprise at who the woman actually was.

"DAISUKE MITSUYORI!!!!" Violently pulling Daisuke away from Sanada, "What the hell is this?!" Her eyes narrowed at Sanada-san, "Don't encourage this behavior or I'll discipline you too!" Gripping her handbag tightly, Rumi smacked it upside Daisuke's head. "Could you at least leave your immaturity at home for once and act like a decent part of the male species?"

[Setsuna Yumechi]

Setsuna peeked in through the doorway. She felt a little embarrassed wearing a form fitting gown. She peered around. For the most part everyone seemed to be having a good time. She shied away from the door and went into the girls bathroom to check her make-up and hair. Her reflection in the mirror seemed different then her usual self. With the foundation she used she didn't seem so pale and sickly. She smiled and practiced saying hello to people in different ways. Then sighed and rolled her eyes, feeling like an idiot for even going through with this, but she had to meet people some how right? She stood up straight and brushed off her gown and walked out of the bathroom. She came to the entrance to the dance and stood there for a short while watching everyone chatting and dancing. She blushed she felt so out of place.

Why did I come here again? She thought to herself. Maybe this is a lost cause...

She sighed and closed her eyes, gathering the little bit of courage she still had and pushing all the pessimistic thoughts to the back of her mind.

She took a step in and then another. Her white hair was curled and fell just below her shoulders. Her bangs were swept nicely to the side and she wore a beautiful scarlet red dress that had a slit up the side to her knee and a V neck line with an open back. The straps of her dress were held up with a red string that came across her back. Her shoes were stringy black sandal heels. She looked stunning.

[Shu Fang]

Sitting on the basin of a toilet in the bathroom, Shu wondered why she was so torn up about mingling with her classmates.

"Mom said if I loosened up, I'd have more friends," she thought to herself. As her mind raced through the many faces of those dancing outside her sanctuary she considered her lack of relationships. "I've never even had a boyfriend."

In mid-thought, Shu was interrupted by a girl entering the bathroom. She peered through the space between the door and the frame to see the girl looking at herself in a mirror. Shu watched as she smiled and said "hello" to herself. After a few more greetings, the girl sighed and departed.

"I think that was Setsi," Shu said aloud as she left the stall. "I keep meaning to talk to her."

As more and more females enter the bathroom Shu quickly slips out. While searching for a comfortable spot on the wall, she notices Daisuke holding his head and wearing a dress and Rumi stomping off. After witnessing the remnants of whatever just happened, Shu wondered if it would be best to wait awhile before making friends with her classmates.

[Daisuke]

"Holy crap! What do you have in that thing?!" Daisuke rubbed the sore spot on his head with one hand as he pointed to Rumi's handbag with the other.

"A decent part of the male species?" Sticking out his tongue, "You're just jealous cause I can pull off being a girl better than you." Daisuke slipped over to Trinity, stopping for a moment to look back a Rumi. "Hana, you really need to chill. Have some fun once in a while... jeeze."

[Setsuna Yumechi]

Sesti walked around looking with ruby eyes, wondering if she should go up to someone, or simply let them come to her.

Surely someone must be curious about me... She thought to herself, as her cheeks subtlety began to flush again at the thought of it all.

[Philip]

Philip always jumped at the chance to dress up. The cool feel of the tuxedo was appealing to him. He would probably wear the thing more frequently if it wasn’t for the fact he only had one. There were so many things that hung from the outfit that he could fidget with. Straightening his tie, readjusting his jacket, buttoning and unbuttoning the front were among the many things he couldn’t prevent himself from indulging. The boy was so preoccupied that he hardly looked up from his clothing to enjoy the festivities.

[Trinity]

"hey dai. that dress looks great on you." Flashing her comrade a beaming smile she straitened the tie of her suit, flashing her gaze to meet each of her classmates in turn before returning to absent mindedly fidgeting with things on her outfit, unaware that the odd boy she had played her trick on the first day of class was doing the same.

[Sanada Tou]

"My,My you are very stunning as always Rumi" He said with a slight chuckling smile as he finally let out a laugh due to everyones reactions to the situation.As he walked casually back to his marked area at the front of the room he continued to greet the innocent little kids that continued to walk n the grand entrance. "Have any of you seen my little Bridget?,It's very unlike her to be late to such a formal gathering".

He gestured towards one of the nameless chaperons of the event to take his place for him to find his other,As he walked off he noticed from the side of his eye a tiny little female off to herself "Now this just wont do,I would not be a gentlemen if i let this situation be" Walking towards the female as he reached her he bowed slightly "Good evening Yume-chan it's good to have you here,May i escort you?"

[Akemi Hitsurugi]

From the hallways far off she could hear it. She could hear the pounding beat of the music. It called to her. Reached out to her heart. It's all she'd ever had. She made her way down the halls and to the large room. She looked about the room, saw the dancing students. This was her kind of scene. She ran inand headed straight for the very middle of the room where the students sorta made an open circle. She coudl feel it. the music taking over her. She started to move with the music. Dancing as if she'd been born to do so. Like she would never dance again...

[Azrael]

Setsi is there. Akemi. Rumi. Rinny, peda.... Sanada. Philip, and Dice. Well... If it weren't for the fact that I hate every one, I'm positive I'd joke around and socialize with their stupidity.

But.

I walk up to Setsi and lace my arm through hers and look at her with my ever cold and apathetic face. It cracks a little with a fake smile and I begin to lead her up to the door. "Well Setsuna, I don't have a date, I don't think you do, so will you be mine tonight?" I said, my voice sounding hollow.

[Setsuna Yumechi]

[Wait, Sanada are you referring to me or someone else... sorry I was curious seeing I'm the only one with yume in their name. If it is me do you mind referring to me as Setsi that would be a little less confusing.]

[Azrael]

[Trinity]

Before Her "date" could respond to the compliment offered to him trinity's mind flashed to another matter. Noticing akemi she drew a deep breath, Finding herself in total awe of the girl's beauty. Disappearing from dai's side she moved quickly through the circle, practically pouncing on top of her new friend's back.


"AKE!!!! you look great! hi."

[Akemi Hitsurugi]

"AHH!!" Akemi goes down to the floor with Trinity being brought back down to earth and out of her own world. "Oh, uh, T-Trintiy, h-hi. Thanks. How're you?" she slightly giggles and gives her a big smile.

[Trinity]

"eep!" Her legs buckled as the other girl went down, her body toppling to the ground with a loud thud. In an instant the trinity was back on her feet, surprised and a little embaraced, though her appearance was emotionless. After brushing off her tux jacket she offered akemi a hand up, flashing the girl a warm smile.

"good. the music here is amazing."

[Akemi Hitsurugi]

She takes the girls hand and jumps up. "Haha That it is! It had me in a trance there for a moment! I just couldn't control myself! haha So, that was very unexpected. Never saw you to be the glomp-ee type Trin!" She flashed a casual smirk of the teeth.

[Setsuna Yumechi]

Setsi smiled softly. "I'd love to be, but why such the empty tone? Is something the matter?" She asked concerned. Azrael seemed a little more pessimistic lately.

[Azrael]

What the hell? I just asked her for a date with no strings attached.

"No, I'm just surrounded by idiots." I say still monotone. "Should something else be wrong?"

I say leading Setsi onto the dance floor after letting her deposit her personal effects.
